Conference LocationThe EUSPN-23 and ICTH-23 will be held by Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU), which is located in Almaty. KBTU’s research is focused on the main sectors of the Kazakhstani economy – oil and gas, information technologies, banking and finance, management and telecommunications.
KBTU is the first and only Kazakhstani university with internationally accredited IT programs by the U.S. agency, the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. It is also the first and only Kazakhstani university to receive international accreditation for its oil and gas programs in the UK from the Institution of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology.

International Almaty Airport is located about 15 km from the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU). The university is located in the city center near many shops, restaurants, etc.
Universities can be reached by bus or taxi. Buses and taxis are available from the airport to the city center. The cost is about $7 to $8. For participants who prefer to come through Kazakistan's capital - Astana, the distance between Astana and Almaty about 1 227,3 km and it takes about 1.5h by flight.

Tourists can visit the “Shymbulak” ski resort which is unique in its location – in just 1 hour, you can get from Almaty city center to its highest point and drink coffee in the highest bar in the CIS.
