Payment
- Restrictions may apply for online payments using credit cards.
- Payment by cheque is not acceptable.
- Please avoid submitting multiple registrations for the same paper. If you have entered incorrect registration information, there is no need to worry—you can update and modify your registration details at any time.
- Multiple registrations for the same paper may result in a penalty fee charged to the author. Registration of an additional paper(s) does not include attendance of co-authors or an extra conference kit.
- The student registration fee applies only to student participants who are not authors of a submitted paper.
- Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.
- For payments using Wire/Bank Transfer or a Credit Card,
- After completing your registration process via EasyChair, select either the bank transfer or credit card payment option.
- Once your registration is approved, you will receive either an invoice or a secure payment link from the EasyChair system.
- If paying by bank transfer, be sure to include the invoice reference number with your transfer.
- After completing the bank transfer, upload a copy of the transfer receipt to your registration account as soon as possible.
Confirmation
- For online payments, an automated email will be sent to you.
- Registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- Please bring your registration confirmation letter and present it at the registration desk upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
- Registration fees for authors of accepted papers are non-refundable.
- For non-authors, cancellation requests received on or after 11 September 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Secretary
- Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the conference.
- Registration fees are non-refundable after the applicable refund deadline, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to failure to obtain a visa.

Registration includes
- Access to all plenary talks and all EUSPN, ICTH and affiliated workshops sessions.
- All coffee breaks and lunches served during conference venue.
- The banquet is on October 30, 2026. (Note: Student registration does not include a banquet ticket.)
- Conference kit.
* There is no student registration rate for the author or co-author responsible for registering a paper that has been accepted for publication.
