Call for Workshops Proposals

The EUSPN-2017 organizing committee invites proposals for workshops. The main objective of the workshops is to provide a forum for researchers and professionals to discuss a specific topic from the field of EUSPN-2017 and its related areas.

All papers accepted for workshops will be included in the EUSPN-2017 proceedings, which will be published by Elsevier. The authors must follow Elsevier guidelines as given in EUSPN-2017 Website. The number of pages for workshop papers is limited to 6 pages. Workshop organizers could recommend selected outstanding papers to the main conference chairs. After further revision, these papers could be considered for publication in journals special issues. Workshop organizers can also edit their own journal special issues.

Workshops organizers will be responsible for posting and advertising their workshop CFPs to relevant groups and mailing lists. Our publicity chairs will also help in distributing the CFPs to our groups and people.

Submission and reviewing of the papers will be managed by the workshops organizers. The workshop organizers can use one of the available conference management systems, such as EasyChair. The workshops organizers will send the details of the accepted papers to the conference organizers for publication. The reviewing guidelines given at EUSPN-17 website must be followed in the review process.
