Terms & Conditions

  • Registration fees cover admittance to all sessions of ICEWE and tutorials, exhibition, lunches and coffee breaks throughout the conference, welcome reception, banquet, trip to Petra, the conference kit, and conference proceeding, and a copy of ICEWE journal.
  • Cancellation Policy: 1) up to 3 weeks before the event full registration fees minus charges 2) up to one week before the event, 70% of the registration fees.
  • Authors are required to register at final camera-ready deadline in order for their papers to be published. Authors’ registration fees can NOT be refunded.
  • Students’ fees apply only to non-author student participants. Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.
  • All charges will be in Canadian dollars.

Privacy & Policy

International Advisory Board

The International Scientific Advisory Board is consultative. It assists IASKS directors to identify major activities that will help to achieve IASKS objectives; also the advisory board members will help in the definition of the themes and programs of IASKS journals and conferences.
