Camera Ready Submission

All Symposiums and Workshops Affiliated with ANT Conference


All affiliated symposiums/workshops with ANT conferences accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series on-line.

Please regiser your paper on or before April 1, 2013. Early bird registration is on or before March 24, 2013. Failure to register and submit your paper by the deadline will result in your paper being not included in the proceeding and the final program.

Please, follow the following steps in order to prepare your camera ready paper:

  1. Camera-Ready Paper
    To prepare the Camera-Ready paper, follow the reviewers' comments sent to you and make sure that you meet the guidelines of Procedia Computer Science, MS Word Template, Latex, Elsevier.

    Please make sure that you have used the correct template and entered the name of the conference or workshop in "Conference title" A template file with ABMTRANS workshop title can be found Here. In the template, do not edit the following two lines:

    - Procedia Computer Science 00 (2011) 000-000

    - © 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd. Selection and/or peer-review under responsibility of [name organizer]

  2. Number of Pages
    (a) The total number of pages is limited to 6 pages. Two extra pages can be added. But for each extra page, a fee of $60 will be charged. The maximum number of pages (including extra pages) is strictly limited to 8 pages.

    (b) Please do not add page numbers to the camera ready copy.


  3. Registration
    In order for your paper to be included in the proceedings at least one author must register and pay the registration fees in full by the deadline. Registration will be handled online using the following page: Registration Link.


  4. Naming and Submission of Camera-ready
    a) Name your file as follows:

    WorkshopName_PaperID_FirstAuthorLastName.zip

    WorkshopName: Short form of the workshop, e.g. (ABMTRANS, IUPT, RoboSense, IST-AWSN, EmSeNs, SNIGM, AWS, BASNet, IWSRON, MASW, IWNMM)
    Paper ID: The number assigned to your paper by the workshop organizers. If no number is assigned, please put 99.


    b) Camera-ready papers should only be submitted in PDF file.
  1. Copyright Forms

    A scanned copy (pdf) of the completed and signed Procedia Copyright Form
    Please, name the file: WorkshopName_PaperID_copyright.pdf


  2. A completed file of the Author Information


  3. Required File

    Send the zip archive to Your Workshop Organizer(s) before the date specified in the notification message send by the workshop organizer, containing the following:

    1) a pdf file of your paper,
    2) a pdf file of the completed and signed copyright form, and
    3) completed author information file.

    (Subject of your email is: WorkshopName_PaperID).

Note: You may be asked to revise your camera ready copy if it does not conform to the Procedia Computer Science publishing guidelines.
