Attendees should plan their travel well in advance. Information on visas and entry requirements to Canada is available from Immigration Canada at 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada) or visit Immigration Canada's Web site for instructions on who needs to apply for a visa. From outside Canada, you can also contact the nearest Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or consulate in your region.
Please note that visa invitation letters will ONLY be issued to participants who have registered and paid their registration fees. Please be advised that the committee will not act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity.

The visa invitation letter will be emailed or faxed to you. It is the prerogative of the Canadian authorities to grant or deny a travel visa; ANT has no responsibility for or control over such travel requests.
